Pricing FAQ
Pro includes a 14-day free trial — every feature, no card required up front. Business doesn’t include a trial; you subscribe and start using it right away. Free is free forever.
If you haven’t added a card by then, your subscription cancels and the workspace downgrades to Free automatically — no surprise charges. You can add a card any time before the trial ends to keep Pro running.
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace drops to Free automatically. No calls, no forms.
No refunds on billed periods. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep full access until the period you already paid for ends. Changed your mind mid-period? Hit Resume in Settings → Billing and the cancel is undone.
Yes. Switching between Free, Pro, and Business never touches your quotes, clients, contracts, or team — only the limits change.
No — monthly is fine. Yearly just saves you 20%.
