Quottum Pro — Terms and Refund Policy

These terms cover the purchase of Quottum Pro, the paid version of the Quottum plugin for WordPress. By buying Quottum Pro you agree to them. The hosted app at app.quottum.io is a separate product with its own Terms of Service; the free plugin on WordPress.org needs no purchase and is not covered here.

1. Who you are buying from

Quottum is a product of Gaviso Digital Marketing; payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It takes your payment, sends your receipt, and its name (shown as LEMSQZY) appears on your card statement. Lemon Squeezy's own Buyer Terms apply to the payment. Gaviso Digital Marketing, LLC makes the plugin, licenses it to you, and provides updates and support.

2. What you get

Quottum Pro is a yearly subscription. The price is shown at checkout. While your subscription is active you get:

3. Your license key — one site

A license key can be active on one site at a time. To move it, open Quottum → Settings → License on the old site and choose Deactivate, then activate the key on the new site.

To check your license, the plugin sends your license key and your site's address to Lemon Squeezy and to quottum.io. Your quotes, contracts and client records stay in your own WordPress database.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically each year, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy will notify you before a renewal at a higher price.

You can cancel, change your payment method and get your invoices in the customer portal. You sign in with a link sent to the email address you bought with. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not charged again.

5. If your subscription ends

Quottum Pro keeps working on your site. Nothing is switched off and your data stays where it is.

Updates and support stop. Your site will still show when a new version exists, but it cannot install it without an active license. You can start again at any time from the customer portal or by buying a new subscription at quottum.io/wordpress.

6. Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of a charge — your first purchase or a renewal — we will refund that charge in full. Email help@quottum.io from the address you bought with, or include your order number. You do not need to give a reason.

When a charge is refunded, the subscription is cancelled, and updates and support end. A copy of Quottum Pro already installed on your site keeps working.

After 14 days a charge is not refunded, and there is no refund for the unused part of a year, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Refunds are paid back through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. Lemon Squeezy may decline a refund where it finds fraud or abuse, and may issue a refund on its own decision under its Buyer Terms.

7. The software license

The Quottum plugin, Lite and Pro, is free software released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That license, not your subscription, gives you the right to run, study, change and share the code, and it does not end when your subscription does.

Your subscription pays for updates from quottum.io and for support. It is not a fee for permission to run the plugin.

8. Warranty and liability

Quottum Pro is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows — see sections 11 and 12 of the General Public License. Quottum helps you create and manage quotes and contracts; it does not give legal advice.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability relating to Quottum Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Rights the law gives you as a consumer are not affected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change applies to charges made after that date.
